First-aid measures
GENERAL MEASURES: If you feel unwell, seek medi-cal attention immediately.
INHALATION: Remove from area of exposure; seek medical attention if symptoms persist.
INGESTION: Call physician for advice. Unlikely to cause harm, apart from a laxative effect.
EYE CONTACT: Irrigate with heavy stream of water for at least 15 minutes.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash exposed area with soap and water.
INDICATION OF IMMEDIATE MEDIATION ATTENTION AND SPECIAL TREATMENT NEEDED: Treat symptomatically.
Fire-fighting measures
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Dry chemical, foam, CO2, and other standard extinguishing media for oil.
FIREFIGHTERS: Exercise caution when fighting any fire.
SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Product may burn, but does not readily ignite. Not an explosive. Use air supplied equipment for fighting interior fires. Cool fire exposed containers with water.
Accidental release measures
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS: Wear appropriate protec-tive clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS: None known. Contain and collect spillage.
METHODS FOR CLEANING UP: Remove sources of ignition. Contain spill to smallest possible area; clean up with absorbent materials, paper towels, sand, dirt, etc. Freshly cleaned area may be slippery; take precautions.
Handling and storage
HANDLING MEASURES: Handle in accordance with good manufacturing, hygiene, and safety procedures. Ground container when dispensing.
INCOMPATIBLE PRODUCTS: Keep away from oxi-dizing agents, excessive heat, and sources of ignition.
VENTILATION: Handle in a well-ventilated area.
SUITABLE STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in closed containers below 35°C in well-ventilated areas.
CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Do not store or use near heat sparks, or flame and store out of sun. Never use pressure to empty. Do not puncture, drag, or slide container.

Additional information
- Special provisions / remarks / other:
- NMFC classification #144920 (Fatty acid esters of vegeta-ble, fish or animal oils, NOI, solidified/hydrogenated in bags, boxes or drums).
Exposure controls / personal protection
EYE PROTECTION: Safety goggles.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Not normally required. Respiratory equipment may be worn when handling large quantities or in inadequate ventilation areas.
OTHER INFORMATION: Avoid prolonged skin contact; gloves should be worn. When handling, do not eat, drink or smoke.
Stability and reactivity
CHEMICAL STABILITY: Stable
MATERIALS TO AVOID: Strong oxidizers
CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Excessive heat, sources of ignition.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Combustion produces carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and thick smoke. In general, products of combustion (such as organic materials) may be irritating and toxic.
Disposal considerations
US: Discarded product is not a hazardous waste under RCRA, 40 CFR 261.
EC: Dispose of material in accordance with appropriate regulations.
