Conclusions:
The test item has been determined to be miscible with water in all proportions (sample concentrations ranging from 5 to 95% w/w) at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C.

Description of key information

The determination of the water solubility of the test item was carried out by visual assessment, using a modified flask method.

Therefore, a range of sample concentrations ranging from 5 to 95 % w/w were prepared for visual assessment. The test item has been determined to be miscible with water in all proportions at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C (K1, Envigo, 2018).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The water solubility is considered to be >100 g/L at 20°C (completely miscible)
