According to observations in the main test series, the auto-ignition temperature rounded down with an accuracy of 5 °C was determined to be 410 °C.

According to ECHA guidance: Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessments; chapter R. 7A: Endpoint specific guidance , May 2008 – the auto-ignition temperature for liquids is not used directly for classification and labelling according to regulation (EC) 1272/2008. However, it can be used in the chemical safety assessment in considering risks associated with processing the substance.

 

According to DIN EN 13463-1 the test item has to be assigned to temperature class T2 (auto-ignition temperaure ≥ 300°C - < 450 °C).
