- JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In accordance with section 1.5 of REACH Annex XI, the study does not need to be performed based on chemical structure. A review of the structure suggests that there are no chemical groups present that would imply pyrophoric properties or flammability on contact with water. Further, the substance is marketed as an aqueous solution, and there have no observations been made so far that the product spontaneously ignites. Last but not least, as the substance is only stable as an aqueous solution, the registered substance is actually a liquid.
