Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Testing is not technically feasible as substance is hydrolytically unstable. Log Kow of similar released substances is used  in CSA.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Log Kow (Log Pow):
-1
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

Titanium 2,2',2''-nitrilotrisethanolate is hydrolytically unstable. When it comes in contact with water or moisture, a complete hydrolysis will take place with no significant reaction products other than triethanolamine and hydrated titanium selate. Because of rapid hydrolysis, log Kow of similar released substances is used as a key value in CSA (peer-reviewed handbook value, Verschueren, Karel, 2001).
