Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the partition coefficient fo the substance according to EU Method A.8. Test substance concentrations were measured spectrophotometrically by comparision with a calibration curve prepared in distilled water. Under the study condtions, the partition coefficient  (Log Kow) of the substance was determined to be <-3.8 at 25˚C (Macnab, 1987).

Description of key information

The partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) was determined according to EU Method A.8 (Macnab, 1987).
