Five male and 5 female mice each, received a single i.p. dose of 2150, 3160, 4640, 6810 or 10000 mg Termoplastrot Lm/400 (35% suspension in Carboxymethyl cellulose)/kg bw by gavage. The animals were observed for mortality, clinical signs and body weight for 14 days. A histopathological examination was performed at the end of the study
