Description of key information

Particle Size Distribution median: 35 µm.

Additional information

The median particle size distribution of Everzol Orange ED-G Crude was determined to be 35 µm. The particle size distribution: 65 % < 50 µm, 15 % between 50 -100 µm, and 20 % above 100 µm. Moreover, Everzol Orange ED-G Crude is not directly sold as a substance but a mixture. The substance is first produced in liquid form, and formulated with other dyes in liquid phase. The final mixture is spread dried with dedusted treatment. One of the mixtures, Everzol Black ED-G, with highest concentration of Everzol Orange ED-G Crude is also tested. Everzol Black ED-G is sold the most in Europe. The result of the particle size distribution is as following: 22 % < 50 µm; 25 % between 50 -100 µm, and 53 % >100 µm. The median particle size is 99 µm.
