Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
No signs of an explosive reaction could be observed in any of the tests.
Therefore, the test item Palmitoyl grape seed extract is considered as “not explosive under the conditions of guideline EU A.14”.
Executive summary:

The explosive properties of Palmitoyl grape seed extract were determined following EU A.14. In the test for thermal sensitivity, no explosion was observed. In the test for mechanical sensitivity (shock), no explosion was observed using an impact energy of 40 J. In the test for mechanical sensitivity (friction), no explosion was observed using a weight of 360 N and a speed of 10 mm in 0.44 seconds. The test item Palmitoyl grape seed extract can be considered as: “not explosive under the conditions of guideline EU A.14”.
