- Interpretation of results:
- GHS criteria not met
- Conclusions:
- Dichlorobis(η-cyclopentadienyl)titanium is not classified as an oxidizing solid in accordance with EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP).
- Executive summary:
Dichlorobis(η-cyclopentadienyl)titanium is not classified as an oxidizing solid in accordance with EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP).
Reference
The following mixtures of test substance with cellulose were tested:
Mixing ratio 1:1 of test substance to cellulose
Mixing ratio 1:4 of test substance to cellulose
The two mixtures only ignited locally at the outside of the pile at the points where the ignition wires were covered by the mixture. But there was no propagation of combustion during the three minutes test period.
Because the test substance-cellulose mixtures did not burn, it was not necessary to test potassium bromate-cellulose mixtures.
Description of key information
Dichlorobis(η-cyclopentadienyl)titanium is not classified as an oxidizing solid in accordance with EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP).
Key value for chemical safety assessment
- Oxidising properties:
- non oxidising
