This on-site isolated intermediate is handled under Strictly Controlled Conditions in accordance with REACH regulation Article 17(3). The substance is used exclusively for conversion to other chemicals and which are closely controlled and the material is FULLY consumed on-site. Therefore, there is no supply to the general public. As per ECHA Guidance on intermediates and our Strictly Controlled Conditions, procedural and control technologies are being used to minimize residual emissions to support safe handling arrangements including the selection of engineering, administrative and personal protective equipment controls in accordance with risk-based management systems, which are available at the manufacturing site and a copy of which can be found in IUCLID Section 13, Assessment report.
