Stability in organic solvents and identity of relevant degradation products

Administrative data

Endpoint:
stability in organic solvents and identity of relevant degradation products
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the stability of the substance is not considered to be critical
Justification for type of information:
The study is only required if the stability in organic solvent is considered critical. 1,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6-triamine, deammoniated is expected to be highly insoluble in organic solvents. Therefore performance of this test is not justified (Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.7a, p.168: Endpoint specific guidance, Guidance for the implementation of REACH, May 2008, ECHA).
