The high molecular weight component gave results that were near the limit of quantification (0.00027 µg/mL). At pH 5 it was 0.000048 µg/mL, at pH 7 it was 0.000075 µg/mL and at pH 9 it was 0.00009 µg/mL (mean of the last five results). An attempt to validate at these levels was considered unfeasible as the expected concentrations would be at the limit of detection.
