Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the melting point of the test substance, 'di-C16-18-satd. and C18-24 -unsatd. AAEMIM-MS' using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) method, according to OECD Guideline 102 and EU Method A.1, in compliance with GLP. Under the study conditions, the melting point range for the test substance was determined to be range from 40.7 to 43.8°C (Chilworth, 2017).

Description of key information

The melting point of the test substance was determined using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) method according to EU Method A1 and OECD Guideline 102 (Chilworth, 2017).

Key value for chemical safety assessment
