Additional information

Abiotic degradation is not relevant since the substance is readily biodegradable and can thus be expected to undergo rapid and ultimate degradation in most environmental compartments, including biological sewage treatment plants (Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.7b, ECHA, 2017). Indirect photodegradation is not expected because the substance is not likely to evaporate into the atmosphere based on its vapour pressure (1.07 x 10^-28 to 8.33 x 10^-20 Pa, 20 degrees C).
