- Justification:
Because tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (THPA) hydrolyses almost instantaneously on contact with water, to give the correspondent cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid (tetrahydrophthalic acids, THPAc), the PBT assessment was made on that substances. As result, these acids don't meet the criteria to be regarded as either PBT or vPvB.
