Additional information

The adsorption/desorption study was not conducted as the substances in the calcium salts of monocarboxylic acids C14-C22 category decompose rapidly to carbon dioxide, water and calcium. Calcium ions are expected to remain in solution in the aqueous environment and as a naturally occurring element, the adsorption/desorption is not expected to be scientifically relevant.
