Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The study was conducted under GLP according to OECD Guideline 115 on the registered substance itself. The method is to be considered scientifically reasonable with no deficiencies in documentation or any deviations and therefore reliability of Klimisch 1 has been assigned. 90 % saturated solutions of test item in water have been determined to be 66.2 mN/m at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C, the test item was considered not to be surface-active.
Executive summary:

90 % saturated solutions of test item in water have been determined to be 66.2 mN/m at 20.0 ± 0.5 °C, using a ring method, designed to be compatible with EU Method A.5 and OECD Guideline 115 of the OECD (GLP). The test item was considered not to be surface-active.
