Description of key information

The substance is a reaction mass of N-glycyl-L-tyrosine hydrochloride and potassium chloride. For the reaction mass no experimental data regarding the endpoint water solubility is available.

However, water solubility data for all relevant individual components is available indicating that the substance is very soluble in water.

The component N-glycyl-L-tyrosine has a measured water solubility of 44.1 g/L (Lapanje et al, 1980), the component glycine has a measured water solubility of 250 g/L (The Merck Index,2006), and KCl has a measured water solubility of 355 g/L (Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, Lide, 2009).
