Description of key information

The 96 h LC50 of C6-Pyrazole Hemisulfate to Danio rerio (Zebrafish) embryos was considered to be 4.7 mg/L (4 mg/l-5.6 mg/l) expressed as test material and based on geometric mean measured concentrations.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

LC50 for freshwater fish:
4.7 mg/L

Additional information

The acute toxicity of C6-Pyrazole hemisulfate on the fertilised eggs of Danio rerio was determined according to the new guideline ""Fish Embryo acute aquatic toxicity (FET)" and following the GLP. The validity criteria were fulfilled. The 96 h LC50 of C6-Pyrazole Hemisulfate to Danio rerio embryos was considered to be 4.7 mg/L (4 mg/l-5.6 mg/l) expressed as test material and based on geometric mean measured concentrations.
