In accordance with Section 2 (Testing is Not Technically Possible) of Annex XI (General Rules for Adaptation of the Standard Testing Regime Set Out in Annexes VII to X ) of Regulation EC No. 1907/2006 (REACH), testing is not technically feasible based on the physical state of the substance. In accordance with the ECHA Guidance on information requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance and the standardised method EU Method A.9 (Flash-Point), the flash point is a property of flammable liquids. The substance is known to be a solid at room temperature, and testing is therefore omitted.
