Log Pow= -1.73 at 25°C

Additional information

Due to the fact of the differences in the solubility of the test item in water and in n-octanol the determination of the log Pow corresponding to the OECD Guideline 107 and the OECD Guideline 117 are not feasible. Due to this, the log Pow can only be estimated from the single solubilities of the test item in water and in n-octanol. The solubilities were done by flask method according to OECD Guideline 105.

Further the logPow values of test subtance have been calculated based on fragment method using KOWWIN (v1.68) module of software EPI Suite. The  molecular weight is within range of training and validation set and the results are given as follows:

log Pow= -1.7 at 25°C (of non-ionized form)

log Pow= -7.7 at 25°C (of ionized form)
