In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex VIII, information requirement 9.2.2.1 (hydrolysis as a function of pH), a study does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable. Since the substance was found to be readily biodegradable in a guideline and GLP-compliant study, it is considered justified to omit testing for this endpoint.
