- the substance is only used in the 10 - 100 T/a tonnage band within the EU,
- is only used in a very few sites for formulation and subsequent re-export, and
- the substance is inherently biodegradable and therefore, non-persistent.
In conclusion, lacking the persistence criterion, the substance can neither be vPvB nor PBT.
