Data availability

For n-OMA reliable data for the acute aquatic endpoints of all three trophic levels are available. Effect concentrations were predicted by trend analysis using QSAR TOOLBOX database version: 3.8.8/3.1.2

The test results for the aquatic toxicity of n-octyl methacrylate indicate that the test substance is harmful to aquatic invertebrates (LC50 = 4.79 mg/L), toxic to fish (EC50= 2.70 mg/L) and algae

( EC50 1.05 mg/L; NOEC 0.171 mg/L).
