The substance is not readily biodegradable and there is not sufficient data to compare against the criteria for the half-life in water, sediment or soil therefore the substance is concluded to be potentially Persistent or very Persistent. However, the log Kow value of the test item was -0.3 therefore the substance is concluded to be not Bioaccumulative or very Bioaccumulative based on a Log Kow of =< 4.5. The available acute and chronic aquatic toxicity results are above the toxicity criteria of 0.01 mg/L therefore the substance is considered to be non-Toxic.

As the substance is not Bioaccumulative or very Bioaccumulative, the substance is concluded not to meet the criteria for PBT or vPvB.
