Description of key information

The biological results are expressed on the basis of loading rates, since the test item is characterised as an UVCB, and, also on measured time-weighted average concentrations.

Based on Loading Rates :

EL50 (48 hour) = 3.8 mg/L (3.1 to 4.7 mg/L, 95% CI)

EL0 (48 hour) = 1.5 mg/L

EL100 (48 hour) > 6.0 mg/L

Based on mean measured concentrations :

EC50 (48 hour) = 0.44 mg/L (0.39 to 0.50 mg/L, 95% CI)

EC0 (48 hour) = 0.20 mg/L

EC100 (48 hour) > 0.52 mg/L
