Details on results:
The mean of water solubility was determined to be 0.0534 g/l.

PRELIMINARY TEST
The solubility of the test item was approximately 0.2 g/l applying visual inspection, therefore the shake-flask method has been chosen for the main test.

Conclusions:
Water solubility: 53.4 mg/l at 20 °C anmd pH 6.9
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined in accordante with the method and procedures outlined into the OECD guideline 105.

A preliminary test for solubility was carried out for the decision whether the column elution method or the flask method has to be used for the performance of the main test. The solubility of the test item was higher than 10 mg/l. Therefore, the flask method was used for the main test.

The concentration in the clear aqueous phase was determined by HPLC-UV validate method. The pH of each sample was recorded.

The mean of water solubility was determined to be 0.0534 ± 0.001 g/l at 20 °C and pH 6.92.

Conclusion

Water solubility: 53.4 mg/l at 20 °C anmd pH 6.9
