Description of key information

In the acute immobilisation test with Daphnia magna (STRAUS), the effects of the test item were determined according to OECD 202 (2004) and Council Regulation (EC) No.440/2008 Method C.2 (2008) in year 2012. Based on the nominal concentrations of the test item the 48-h EC50 for Daphnia magna was calculated to be 58.3 µg/L (95 % confidence limits: 51.0 – 86.8 µg/L). The NOEC after 48 h was 25.0 µg/L. The LOEC after 48 h was 50.0 µg/L.
