Additional information

Ceraphyl 55 is not considered to be readily biodegradable. The biodegradability of Ceraphyl 55 was determined in two separate GLP compliant, CO2 evolution studies following OECD guideline 301B (Wildlife 2010, Covance 2004). In one study, 10 mg C/L of Ceraphyl 55 reached 65.8 % biodegradation in 60 days and in the other 15 mg C/L of Ceraphyl 55 reached 37 % biodegradation after 28 days. Therefore it is not considered to be readily biodegradable.
