Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Interpretation of results:
not inherently biodegradable
Conclusions:
The test substance was tested for inherent biodegradation in a modified Zahn-Wellens test according to OECD 302B. The DOC-removal with three different sludge types was consistently below 10% after 28 days clearly showing that the test substance has to be considered as "not inherently biodegradable".
Executive summary:

The test substance was tested for inherent biodegradation in a modified Zahn-Wellens test according to OECD 302B. A significant biological degradation was not noted. The DOC-removal with three different sludge types was consistently below 10% after 28 days.
