Estimated vapour pressure carried out by MPBPWIN using modified Grain method as implemented in EPI Suite v.4.11 for Chlorphenesin is 0.000494 Pa at T= 25 °C. The DTA analysis confirms that the substance is a solid at T= 20°C with a melting point of 78.6 °C and boiling point of 341.1 °C (see section 4.2 and 4.3 of this IUCLID dossier). Further investigations regarding the vapour pressure of the substance should not provide additional useful information and the predicted vapour pressure value is considered reasonable enough for the risk assessment of the substance.
