Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The vapour pressure of Mersolat H95 was determined following EU A.4 by the effusion

method (weight lass) and at different temperatures ranging from 21 to 159 °C. The only value which can be stated is < 4.3 * 10-3Pa at 159 oe. This value was calculated as upper limit, using a maximum mass loss of 3 mg in three days at 159°C.

Normally, this will result in a vapour pressure of < 10-5Pa at 20°C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

should read <10 -5 Pa at 20°C
