With high probability, acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

For the assessment of the acute toxicity of 2-aminoethyldiisopropylamine (CAS 121-05-1) to aquatic invertebrates there are data from a static GLP-guideline study according to OECD 202 available, using Daphnia magna as test organism. Based on pH-adjusted test solutions, the 48-h EC50 was determined to be >100 mg/L (nominal). The test concentrations were analytically verified and above the required level of 80% of the nominal values.

2 -aminoethyldiisopropylamine is concluded to be acutely not harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
