The octanol-water partition coefficient of the substance with C12 alkyl fatty acid chain is -0.18
The octanol-water partition coefficient of the substance with C14 alkyl fatty acid chain is 0.80
The octanol-water partition coefficient of the substance with C16 alkyl fatty acid chain is 1.78
