Description of key information

For the test substance, information for four acute toxicity endpoints with aquatic organisms from different trophic levels is available (fish, daphnia, algae, micororganism). All tests performed or used as read across source record revealed no effects up the the limit concetration of the respective guideline.

There were no signs of toxicity up to the nominal concentration of 100 mg/L (algea, daphnia, fish) or 1000 mg/L (microorganisms), respectively. In addition, data for the chronic toxicity endpoints for fish from an OECD 305 study available. Chronic exposure to fish showed also no effects to the test animals up the limit of the water solubility. Read Across information for Daphia Reproductive Toxicity suggests absence of effects up to the limit of water solubility.
