Description of key information

Vapour pressure: 9.48exp(-12) kPa at 20°C, 1.23exp(-9) kPa at 50°C, and 5.18exp(-9) kPa at 60°C (OECD 104, effusion method: vapour pressure balance)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The key value was selected from the only high quality study available as 20°C is the most relevant temperature for both human and environmental risk assessment. The performed method has no deficiencies, hence the results are reliable, no datagaps were identified and no further testing is needed. The determined vapour pressure is very low, leading to the conclusion that evaporisation is not relevant for further risk assessment, e.g. with regard to toxicity via inhalation.
