Conclusions:
The value for the Henry´s Law constant was calculated as 76.9 Pa m3/mol with the formula given in ECHA Guidance from 2016 (Guidance on information requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.16: Environmental exposure assessment).

Description of key information

Henry´s Law constant: 76.9 Pa m3/mol derived with the formula in ECHA Guidance R.16.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Henry's law constant (H) (in Pa m³/mol):
76.9
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The Henry´s Law constant was derived with the formula (Equation R.16-4) given in the ECHA Guidance from 2016 (Guidance on information requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.16: Environmental exposure assessment). The value was calculated as 76.9 Pa m3/mol based on the measured values for vapour pressure (1040 Pa), molecular weight (130 g/mol) and water solubility (1760 mg/L) of Ethyl isovalerate.
