Description of key information

The test substance is not classified. No effects were seen in acute toxicity studies in aquatic organisms. In a short-term toxicity study performed on Daphnia magna the 48-hour LL50 was determined to be >100 mg/L and the corresponding NOEC was determined to be 100 mg/L. Exposure to the registered substance is considered to be minimal based on the low concentration of the substance in the formulated and finished products. Further testing is therefore not considered to be justified.
