After Eye contact: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. Seek immediate medical

advice.

After Swallowing: Seek immediate medical advice.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing agents: C02, extinguishing powder or water jet. Fight larger fires with water jet or alcohol resistant foam.

Special hazards caused by the material, its products of combustion or flue gases, can be released in case of fire: Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide

Hydrogen Chloride (HCl), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx)

Protective equipment: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Wear full protective suit.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: Wear protective equipment. Keep unprotected persons away. Ensure adequate ventilation

Measures for environmental protection: Do not allow material to be released to the environment without proper governmental

permits.

Measures for cleaning/collecting: Sweep up or vacuum up spillage and collect in suitable container for disposal.

Handling and storage

Personal precautions: Store in a cool dry place in tightly cllosed cointainers. Ensure good ventilation/exhaust at the workplace.

Information about protection against explosion and fires: Keep ignition sources away - Do not smoke.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities. Requirments to be met by storerooms and containers: No special requirments. Information about storage in a one common storage facility: Store away from oxidising agents. Further infomraiotn about storage conditions: Keep container tightly sealed. Exposure controls / personal protection

Additional information about design of technical systems: Properly operating chemical fume hood designed for hazardous chemicals and having an average face velocity of at least 100 feet per minute.

General protective measures, personal protective equipment: The usual precautionary measures should be adhered to in handling chemicals Keep away from foodstuffs, beverages and food. Instantly remove any soiled and impregnated garments. Wash hands during breaks and at the end of the work. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.

Breathing equipment: Use breathing protection with high concentrations.

Protection of hands: Check protective gloves prior to each use for their proper condition.

Material of gloves: The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Eye protection: Safety glasses.

Body protection: Protective work clothing

Stability and reactivity

Conditions to avoid: Stable under normal conditions.

Incompatibilities: Strong alkaline agents. Strong oxidising agents.

Hazards combustion or decomposition products: Carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride (HCl), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx).

Disposal considerations

Disposal: Consult state, local or national regulations for proper disposal. Hand over to disposer of hazardous waste. Dispose of packaging as hazardous waste
