Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
Category 5 based on GHS criteria
Conclusions:
The LD50 was considered to be >2000 mg/kg bw, when rabbits were treated with 3-Pyridinecarboxamide (98-92-0) for 24 h exposure by dermal application occlusively.
Executive summary:

Acute Dermal toxicity study was conducted in rabbits using 3-Pyridinecarboxamide (98-92-0) at the concentration of 2000 mg/kg bw. No Mortality observed at 2000 mg/kg bw for 24 h exposure. Therefore, LD50 was considered to be >2000 mg/kg bw, when rabbits were treated with 3-Pyridinecarboxamide for 24 h exposure by dermal application occlusively.
