Additional information

The effects of DOWANOL TPnB-H Glycol Ether on the growth of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata under static conditions was determined in a GLP study following OECD 201. The endpoints included growth rate and yield (as biomass). The results are reported as 72- and 96 -hour No-Observed-Effect Loading Rate (NOELR) and Lowest-Observed-Effect Loading Rate (LOELR) as well as 72- and 96 -hour Effect Loading Rates EL10, EL20 and EL50 values. Also, the 24- and 48 -hour EL50 values for yield (biomass) were reported. Endpoints for the 72 and 96 -hour NOELR and LOELR were 62.5 and 125 mg/L. The 72 -hr EL10 for growth rate was 93.7 mg/L followed by the EL20 and EL50 at 129 and 333 mg/L, respectively.
