Administrative data

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Skin sensitisation

Endpoint conclusion
Endpoint conclusion:
no adverse effect observed (not sensitising)
Additional information:

The test substance produced signs of sensitisation during rechallenge in only two animals. Consequently, 10 % of the animals were considered to have been sensitised to the test substance which is not sufficient to warrant classification (EU/CLP).

Migrated from Short description of key information:
GLP study showing the substance to be non-sensitising (OECD 406)

Respiratory sensitisation

Endpoint conclusion
Additional information:
Migrated from Short description of key information:
No data

Justification for classification or non-classification

Test results described sensitisation in < 15 % of animals and thus it is inappropriate to classify the substance as a skin sensitiser under the terms of Directive 67/548/EEC or as a Skin sensitiser Category 1 under GHS as reflected by Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
