Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

In a static key immobilization test Daphnia magna (< 24 h old) were exposed to the test item for 48 hours according to OECD 202 (1992) under GLP conditions. The Daphnia were exposed to a range of concentrations, nominally 2.5, 5, 10, 20 and 40 mg/L of the test substance dissolved in water. The test item is poorly water soluble. Measured concentrations ranged from 102 — 192 % of nominal values at 0 hours (<2, 4.8, 7.2, 12, 22.8, 40.8 mg/L), and from 105 — 144 % of nominal values at 48 hours (<2, 3.6, 6, 10.8, 22.8, 42 mg/L), respectively. The 48h-EC50 was determined to be 16.5 mg/L (geometric mean).
