The mean relative density of the test item at 20 °C is 0.9785 (SD = 0.0012, RSD = 0.12 %).

Conclusions:
The relative density of the test item was determined to be 0.98 at 20 °C with respect to water at 4 °C.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to OECD TG 109, Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.3 and OPPTS 830.7300 to determine the relative density of the test item. Therefore the density was measured at a temperature of 20 °C ± 0.01 °C using the oscillating densitometer. An initial calibration with purified-water was carried out. Subsequently three independent measurements of the test item were performed. The mean relative density of the test item at 20 °C with respect to water at 4 °C was determined to be 0.98.

Description of key information

The relative density of the test item was determined to be 0.98 at 20 °C with respect to water at 4 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Relative density at 20C:
0.98

Additional information

A study was conducted according to OECD TG 109, to determine the relative density of the test item at 20 °C using the oscillating densitometer. An initial calibration with purified-water was carried out. Subsequently three independent measurements of the test item were performed. The mean relative density of the test item at 20 °C with respect to water at 4 °C was determined to be 0.98.
