Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

To determine the toxicity of the test substance to aquatic invertebrates, a GLP study according to OECD guideline 202 using Daphnia magna as test organism was carried out. The test substance did not induce acute immobilisation of Daphnia magna in a filtered solution prepared at a loading rate of 100 mg/L containing an average exposure concentration of 2.2 mg/L. Hence, the 48h-EC50 was > 2.2 mg/L [NOTOX BV 2009a].
