Conclusions:
The mean surface tension of duplicate 90 % saturated aqueous solutions of test item in water has been determined to be 50.5 mN/m at 21.5 ± 0.5 °C (individual replicate values being 50.7 and 50.3 mN/m). The test item was considered to be surface-active.
Executive summary:

The Surface Tension of Lime Oxide was measured used a ring method according to OECD Guideline No. 115 and A5 Surface Tension of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008.

The mean surface tension of duplicate 90 % saturated aqueous solutions of test item in water has been determined to be 50.5 mN/m at 21.5 ± 0.5 °C (individual replicate values being 50.7 and 50.3 mN/m). The test item was considered to be surface-active.
