Executive summary:

In a acute oral toxicity study, rat were treated with 6-aminonaphthalene-1,3-disulfonic acid (118 -33 -2) in the concentration of 2000 mg/kg bw orally.  50% mortality was observed in treated rat at 2000 mg/kg bw. Therefore,LD50 was considered to 2000 mg/kg bw when rat were treated with 6-aminonaphthalene-1,3-disulfonic acid orally.
