A dose of 500 mg/animal of chinizarin roh was applied to the inner surface of one ear each on 2 rabbits; exposure time was 24 hours. The test-substance was fixed by a plaster. After the exposition the test substance was removed with water and soap/plantoil. The post exposure observation time was 7 days.
