Details on results:
- The reagent blank sample did not show any chromatographic interferences and background levels were significantly below the low-level calibration standard.
- The temperature of the water bath remained constant at 20.0 ± 0.1°C throughout the experiment.
Under the instrumental conditions presented, mean measured reagent water solubility for XP-7866 at 20°C was 0.334 ± 0.003 mg XP-7866/L (CV = 0.88%, N = 5) at a flow rate of approximately 1.0 mL/min and was 0.317 ± 0.007 mg XP-7866/L (CV = 2.2%, N = 5) at a flow rate of approximately 0.50 mL/min. The mean test substance concentration for the approximately 1.0 and 0.50 mL/min flow rate settings differed by 5.0%, which was well within the ±30% test criterion. The overall mean measured water solubility for XP-7866 at 20°C was 0.326 ± 0.010 mg XP-7866/L (CV = 3.1%, N = 10). The water solubility of 6H-Dibenz [c,e] [1,2] oxaphosphorin, 6,6'( 1 ,2-ethanediyl) bis-6,6'-dioxide in reagent water at 20ºC was determined using the
column elution method. The mean water solubility for this substance at 20.0 ± 0.1°C was 0.326 ± 0.010 mg of the substance/L (CV = 3.1%, N = 10).
